Isla Cristina recorded a 25% increase in international tourism this summer.
The influx of international visitors to Isla Cristina (Huelva) last summer has increased by more than 25 percent in relation to the same station in 2009, according to estimates of the Tourism Area local council.
Most of these tourists came from countries like Germany and the United Kingdom and during the months of August and September, from Portugal while domestic tourists come mainly from Andalucia,, tera gold, followed by Madrid, Castilla Leon, Extremadura and the Basque Country Consistory Isleno explained in a note.
It also demanded information that was last summer, mostly on the municipality, such as public transport, cultural programming, sports and nautical activities and other matters. In many cases, tourists also were interested in details in relation to other areas of the province of Huelva.
