Electronic Arts has announced that Dragon Age: Origins receive Awakening on 16 March, its first official expansion.
Set in a new area called Amaranthine, Awakening will bring a new story that promises no less than 15 hours of darkfall gold, new creatures, new options to customize their characters, new spells, abilities, skills and five new members will join the cast of heroes.
The expansion, which will hit PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, require the original game and its price will be around U.S. $ 40. The European price has not yet been set.
“Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening BioWare shows the commitment of its fans by developing a new story-driven experiences that enrich the dark heroic fantasy universe that our fans have come to know and armor crafting darkfall,” said Ray Muzyka, cofounder of Bioware.
Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening will be released on March 16.
